Community Sauna Sessions

Welcome to a journey of warmth, rest, and rejuvenation! Each session holds up to 10 people, creating a cozy, shared ritual of community care with the elements of nature in the city. Sessions are 60 minutes + transition times. 3:00-8:30pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Open Flow Sessions

Open Flow sessions are self-directed –follow your own thermal cycle. Sessions are 60 minutes. Fridays 2:00-6:00pm starting in January. Open to anyone that has attended a community session as a pre-requisite. Bring ear plugs or purchase at the arrival station if you prefer quiet.

Reset Lounge

Extend your rest in the RESET lounge pre or post your thermal cycle, or as a stand alone. Drop in to a naturescape, quiet zone with lounge chairs with blankets, soft lighting. Nap, read, hydrate, meditate, contemplate, pray, journal, listen in. Bring your own reset needs, or check out our retail shop. 30 or 60 minutes. Opening in January. Note there are no cats onsite- only 1 dog, that would like to join you, but won’t be.

Space & Sauna Rental

Rent space for classes, workshops, and groups. The sauna and facilities can be rented to host groups, classes, workshops and events. Contact booking@circulatecommunity.org to learn more!

Retail

Check out Circulate’s goods from hats to t-shirts and more. We also offer new and gently used sauna wear made from 100% natural breathable fabrics like cotton and linen. Retailers with aligned values can rent space. Inquiries can be directed to board@circulatecommunity.org

Circulate is dedicated to building a trauma-informed and inclusive environment so you have agency over your own wellness practice and wholistic well-being. We believe in fostering healthy community connections and democratizing wellness practices. What do we mean by this? Democratizing wellness means creating pathways that are affordable, reachable, and where all are honoured.

At Circulate, we believe in returning care to the Earth and in turn the community because Earth is constantly providing and caring for us. We believe in contributing to a regenerative future for both planet and people.

We shared stories about our lives that in another setting may not have happened in the way it did in the sauna. The atmosphere was also supportive and nurturing.

It was so touching to see strangers have a shared experience and connect. The sauna is a gift that will only continue to give to all of us in the community as we care for ourselves and for others.

I met people of different generations and backgrounds, as well as new neighbours.
