We believe in fostering healthy community connections and democratizing wellness practices. What do we mean by this? Democratizing wellness means making a globally practiced, community tradition accessible and safe for all who wish to experience it.

We shared stories about our lives that in another setting may not have happened in the way it did in the sauna. The atmosphere was also supportive and nurturing.

It was so touching to see strangers have a shared experience and connect. The sauna is a gift that will only continue to give to all of us in the community as we care for ourselves and for others.

I met people of different generations and backgrounds, as well as new neighbours.

My sense of belonging is heightened in the community sauna, I feel much more connected to community
