Here at Circulate we strive to create an environment where everyone can deeply relax, connect with others, and feel a sense of belonging. All bodies are welcome!
Our community sauna sessions are led by a trained Community Host. Our hosts will facilitate your session with a careful, trauma-informed approach to ensure your comfort, safety, and well-being.
The thermal cycle means moving between hot and cold temperatures. This improves blood flow and helps your body relax. Read more about it here.
A community-hosted session is a gentle, supportive environment where you can relax, connect, and tune into your felt body and senses. Read more about it here to learn more.
